About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Procurement Manager to lead supply chain and stores functions across multiple aviation sites. This position is central to procurement strategy, inventory oversight, aircraft parts sales, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Stores & Procurement teams across multiple locations
- Manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relations
- Oversee aircraft teardown, preservation, and resale of parts
- Ensure regulatory compliance (Part 145) across all stores and processes
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
- Monitor stock levels, tooling calibration, and documentation accuracy
- Support facilities maintenance and associated documentation
- Optimise logistics operations including customs and freight handling
- Conduct audits, supplier reviews, and site visits
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance
- Strong background in supply chain, inventory, and procurement
- Excellent planning, organisation, and analytical skills
- Aviation experience or knowledge of Part 145 regulations (a plus)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Willingness to travel to sites across the UK
