We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a fast-paced aviation trading team, specialising in Airbus and Boeing components.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong B2B trading experience in aviation to take ownership of sales across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Generate leads (including cold calls) and convert them into customers
  • Sell aircraft components and related services
  • Source products and negotiate with both suppliers and customers to optimize margins
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and test creative sales strategies
  • Attend meetings, events, and training to stay current with industry trends
  • Maintain product knowledge and expand your professional network
Requirements
  • Proven B2B trading experience in the aviation industry (essential)
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering preferred
  • Strong network within the aviation sector in Malaysia/SEA is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Proven track record in sales from start to close
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
  • Experience with Quantum software is a bonus
