- Proven B2B trading experience in the aviation industry (essential)
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering preferred
- Strong network within the aviation sector in Malaysia/SEA is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Proven track record in sales from start to close
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
- Experience with Quantum software is a bonus
