- Attend meetings, events, and training to stay updated on industry trends
- Proven experience in aviation sales (B2B) and direct negotiations
- Education in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or Marketing preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle technical and service-related information
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Fluent in English and at least one Asian language (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
