Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales targets through new business, upselling, and partnerships
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and departments
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities
  • Generate leads (cold calls/emails) and convert them into business
  • Present and promote training and engineering services to clients
  • Negotiate with both customers and suppliers to maximize value
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and manage accounts
  • Prepare proposals, fill quotations, and input data into internal systems
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and reporting to management
  • Attend meetings, events, and training to stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aviation sales (B2B) and direct negotiations
  • Education in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or Marketing preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle technical and service-related information
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English and at least one Asian language (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
