Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of the Managed Fleet across Europe
- Review work processes, efficiencies and service levels
- Drive activity to reach targets
- Work alongside management to develop new Aircraft Management products and cross selling opportunities
- Relationship management
- Working with new and existing clients
- Input to pricing policy, commercial strategy and marketing
- Create proposals and quotes
- Sales / Business Development with a background in business aviation and private charter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good level of commercial awareness and ability to negotiate
- Degree level education in a relevant subject
- Team management experience
- Second languages
