Responsibilities:
- Work with your network of charter clients to successfully introduce them to the company’s services
Respond to charter pricing requests with accurate pricing in a timely and professional manner - Manage and build relationships with charter operators and high-net-worth private clients (to generate new business)
- Working closely with flight operations, and corporate leadership to ensure flights are executed at the highest level of service and communications throughout
- Accessible by phone outside of office hours, as needed, in a dynamic, on-demand industry
- Maintain a 24/7 accessible environment for colleagues, partners, and clients
- Listen to customers and deliver a global service
- Utilize world-class customer relations, proprietary technology, and operational mastery to achieve objectives
- Cater to the needs of passengers with a focus on precision and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- You are a results-oriented individual with a continuous drive to excel and achieve/exceed goals
- An existing book of clients is required for this role
- You are capable of working independently, and as a part of a team, under continuous pressure
- You bring an outstanding customer service orientation and a professional presentation style
- You are known to have the ability to multitask, organize workflows and use your time efficiently
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- You are a self-starter with the ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
