GOOSE is working exclusively with an airline in Central Europe to help them appoint a Technical Director for the P145 department of the operation.

You will be joining an established and growing airline business in central Europe.
The Role
You will join the senior leadership team to assist in the running of their MRO facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the running of the P145 operation from a strategic point of view.
You will build a strong collaborative culture and lead digital implementation.
About You
You will be a strong technical leader with in depth knowledge of P145 regulations. You will be confident mentoring people and will be able to foster a collaborative culture through your people skills.
You will ideally have previous experience of implementing digital systems and will enjoy making an impact on operations and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
You must be an EU citizen and be open to relocation.
