GOOSE is partnered with an MRO in Eastern Europe to help them appoint a Technical Director.
The Company
You will be working for an established MRO who maintain various types of business aviation aircraft.
The Role
You will oversee all technical and engineering operations ensuring high quality standards for MRO activities.
You will develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency as well ensuring regulatory compliance. You will liaise with regulatory bodies and manage the team of engineering staff.
About You
You will have experience leading an MRO organisation and have in-depth technical and regulatory knowledge. You will be in fluent in English and ideally speak Russian as well as having high level people skills.
You will have the right to live and work in the EU and be willing to relocate.
