AWR Requirements

Please find below three documents relating to your use of Agency Workers via GOOSE Recruitment.

In order that we can discharge our responsibilities under the Agency Workers Regulations, please;

Read the AWR Fact Sheet- this explains the Agency Workers Regulations.
Complete and return an AWR Hirer Information Request per Agency Worker you use via GOOSE Recruitment.
Sign and return a Contract Terms. If you have not done so already and we are not operating on your terms.

If you have any questions regarding any of these documents, please do contact your consultant who will be happy to explain and advise in more detail.

Signed documents can be returned via email to your consultant or faxed back to us on +44 84 5280 0276

If you are not the main point of contact for your organisation’s use of Agency Workers or do not have the authority to complete the above documents, please forward this link to the correct person and notify us so we can update our records.
