Position Overview: Goose Recruitment is excited to support our reputable client in sourcing experienced professionals to join their team. We are looking for a dynamic, efficient, service-oriented, and hard-working individual to join the company in their Greece office as an ACMI Leasing Broker.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ACMI broker to join our dynamic team. The ACMI broker will act as an intermediary between airlines seeking to lease aircraft and those with available capacity. This role involves understanding the unique needs of each client, negotiating agreements, and facilitating the successful execution of ACMI contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide quotations for incoming ACMI requests.
- Ensure all administration associated with each project is carried out effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the relevant parties to ensure client expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines and operators.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to capture new business.
- Gather feedback from customers and suppliers to monitor the performance of all parties.
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed knowledge of the aviation market.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition in the ACMI sector.
- Draft, review, and manage ACMI contracts ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Seize opportunities to expand the client database.
- Conduct ongoing market research.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market research.
- Work collaboratively within a team.
- Degree qualified with a good knowledge of the aviation industry is considered an advantage.
- ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance & Insurance) experience is required. Operational, commercial, and sales experience will be considered an advantage.
- High degree of IT skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong English language skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
