Should you be shortlisted, you will progress through the following stages of assessment:
- Online Assessment: This is the first step in the process due to changes in EASA regulations, which require all new pilots to undertake a 'Work Related Behavioral' assessment prior to commencing training under EASA regulation CAT.GEN.MPA.175.
- Interview: You will be invited for an interview with a member of our People team and Flight Operations team.
- Simulator Assessment: Should you be successful at the interview stage, you will progress to a Simulator Assessment.
