GOOSE Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a B2 or B1/B2 Licensed Engineer to join a dedicated engineering team, based primarily in London. This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for an experienced and ambitious engineer seeking stability, career growth, and the chance to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out allocated maintenance tasks in line with company procedures, as directed by the Area Station Manager or Shift Supervisor.
  • Certify your own work within the terms of your company authorisation.
  • Stay fully familiar with the MOE and working procedures relevant to your duties.
  • Perform engineering duties ‘away from base’ or at outstations when required.
  • Ensure engineering facilities, equipment, and vehicles are maintained to the required standard.

Requirements – What We’re Looking For
  • UK CAA + EASA Part-66 Licence (B2 or B1/B2).
  • Type ratings required:
    • Minimum 6 months’ recent experience within the past two years on B787 Gen-x and RR Trent 1000, plus preferably at least two of the following:
    • A320 CFM/V2500/PW1100
    • B737 NG/MAX
    • A330 RR T700 or T7000
  • Supporting logbooks/worksheets to demonstrate recency.
  • EWIS, FTS, HF (initial & recurrent).
  • Previous line and base maintenance experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel for company operations when required.
  • Ability to work a shift pattern (to be discussed at interview).
Additional Requirements
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • Valid passport and the right to live and work in the UK (settled/pre-settled status share code or citizenship application required if shortlisted).
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to provide a 5-year reference history.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drugs and alcohol screening.
