What you’ll be doing
- Driving new business in the private jet charter and corporate aviation market
- Building lasting client relationships with senior decision-makers, UHNWIs, and corporate leaders
- Representing the company at exclusive international events and networking opportunities
- Shaping premium charter experiences, from first engagement through to post-flight service
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (B2B or B2C)
- Proven ability to engage high-value clients and thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment
- Confident communicator, able to influence at a senior level
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Background in aviation, luxury travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or UHNW services is highly advantageous
- £30,000-£35,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
