Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $150,000 USD (depending on experience)
- Performance-based commission

Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and brokerage team
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for group charter sales across Europe
- Grow a strong client base through existing connections and targeted business development
- Manage key relationships with corporates, agencies, event organizers, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and deliver tailored, competitive charter solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide senior management with regular performance updates and market insights
- Vast experience in charter sales, ideally with a strong background in group/ad hoc charter
- Proven leadership: In a senior management role, with team-building responsibilities
- Strong commercial track record and a well-developed portfolio of European market connections
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and grow a new business unit
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
