Director of Group Charter - Europe  - Remote working or Europe base

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $150,000 USD (depending on experience)

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Group Charter – Europe to lead the launch of a new Group Charter division. This is a rare opportunity to shape a department from the ground up: you will define the commercial strategy, grow and manage a team, and establish a strong market presence across Europe and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and brokerage team
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for group charter sales across Europe
  • Grow a strong client base through existing connections and targeted business development
  • Manage key relationships with corporates, agencies, event organizers, and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver tailored, competitive charter solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Provide senior management with regular performance updates and market insights
Profile & Requirements
  • Vast experience in charter sales, ideally with a strong background in group/ad hoc charter
  • Proven leadership: In a senior management role, with team-building responsibilities
  • Strong commercial track record and a well-developed portfolio of European market connections
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and grow a new business unit
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
