An established aviation services provider is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with strong CAMO and technical sales experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored airworthiness and maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with Lessors, Airlines, Operators, and other aviation stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
  • Understand client needs and work with technical teams to deliver customised solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events and support contract negotiations.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity and reporting.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial aviation and leasing (business aviation a plus).
  • Confident in technical discussions with clients.
  • Self-starter, target-driven, with excellent relationship-building skills.
