Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with Lessors, Airlines, Operators, and other aviation stakeholders.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
- Understand client needs and work with technical teams to deliver customised solutions.
- Represent the business at industry events and support contract negotiations.
- Use CRM tools to track activity and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial aviation and leasing (business aviation a plus).
- Confident in technical discussions with clients.
- Self-starter, target-driven, with excellent relationship-building skills.
