Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted market research.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored, solution-based proposals that align with their business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to support aligned business development strategies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Candidate Profile:
  • Business development or sales experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive both independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
