GOOSE is supporting a well known European airline in their search for a Cabin Services Manager to join their team in Paris. This is a great opportunity to make an impact and shape the management team.
The Company
You will be working for a well known European airline who operate a large fleet across a wide range of destinations.
The role
You will be responsible for crew management with a focus on cabin crew welfare and support, this will include improving crew performance and engagement as well as driving operational excellence across the base.
You will lead, coach and motivate managers whilst ensuring crew comply with company policy and regulations. You will liaise with external stakeholders including unions and help to resolve crew related issues.
About you
You will you have experience of leading and developing a high performing team within the aviation industry. You will be dedicated to improving performance and increasing welfare and will be confident in liaising with external groups.
You will be based in Paris or be willing to relocate and must have the right to work in France. You will speak fluent French and English.
You will ideally have a background as a member of cabin crew or within crew management within an airline, but this is not essential.
You will be open to occasional travel for meetings in other European locations.
