As an Operations Controller, you will play a vital role in flight planning, coordination, and monitoring, while working closely with sales, flight operations, and maintenance teams. You will be at the center of daily operations, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations, supporting crew, and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational administration, databases, and daily reports.
- Support OCC administrative tasks.
- Coordinate flight scheduling, including permits, handling, fuel, and supplementary services.
- Conduct flight planning, crew briefing, METEO and NOTAM analysis, and irregularity handling.
- Monitor aircraft and crew availability, including MEL considerations.
- Liaise with Sales, CAMO, Flight Ops, and Ground Ops to maintain efficient scheduling.
- Oversee crew control duties, including hotel and travel arrangements.
- Arrange ground services, transport, and catering for passengers (B2B).
- Conduct airport and route analyses for feasibility checks.
- Monitor crew duty times and Flight Time Limitations (FTL).
- Coordinate with Maintenance regarding aircraft serviceability.
- Provide flight following and in-flight assistance to crew.
- Monitor daily operations including demand, uncovered trips, and delays.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Operations Controller / Flight Dispatcher (preferably in private aviation).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Strong IT skills, with experience using flight planning software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Dispatch license or certificate (preferred).
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
