The Role:
As a CAMO Engineer/Planner, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the continuing airworthiness of managed aircraft. Reporting directly to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM), this role offers a chance to get involved in a wide range of responsibilities, providing a dynamic and fulfilling career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with airworthiness documentation, maintenance requirements, and directives.
- Develop and manage maintenance programs and reliability monitoring.
- Liaise with internal teams, contracted maintenance organisations, and suppliers.
- Administer technical records and support audits.
- Report maintenance findings and coordinate technical documentation.
- Contribute to overall CAMO responsibilities in line with regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a CAMO or airworthiness management environment.
- Technical background with a diploma in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft types is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Proficient with office automation software and ideally familiar with planning tools such as AMOS, CAMP, or OASES.
- Aeronautical Engineering degree or EASA Part-66 B1/B2 license.
- Type training on large transport aircraft.
- Knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part CAMO.
- Flexible work schedule (Monday to Friday, no shifts or on-call)
