What you will do:

In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound charter sales inquiries, proactively generating leads and overseeing private jet charter requests from initial contact to client retention. 

You'll actively participate in lead generation activities, such as networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to broadening your client base.  You'll efficiently utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships through your outstanding customer service.

As an expert in travel, you'll offer bespoke travel advice and craft itineraries that meet clients' needs, leading to successful sales closures. Additionally, you'll upsell elite membership and additional concierge services.

About you:

You will have outstanding communication, customer service and business development skills and will go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. You will have experience Private Jet Charter Sales / Charter Brokering. You will have fluent English (spoken and written) and other languages would be an advantage.
