This individual will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships across the region. As the primary point of contact for the UK customer base, you will nurture existing accounts, identify opportunities to upsell and introduce additional services, and represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and strengthen relationships with clients across the UK
- Drive growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling
- Attend UK and international trade shows, conferences and client visits
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for UK customer enquiries
- Promote the wider suite of services offered by the business
- A confident, ambitious and proactive sales professional
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Happy to travel frequently across the UK and abroad
- Experience within the aviation industry
