GOOSE Recruitment is partnering with a leading aviation organisation to appoint a Chief of Staff. This key strategic role serves as an operational partner to senior leadership, ensuring alignment, compliance, and excellence across all areas of the business. The Chief of Staff will oversee multiple departments, drive process improvement, and ensure the effective management of crew and operational personnel within the AOC framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor department heads across flight operations, training, safety, and ground functions.
  • Ensure operational performance aligns with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee compliance with aviation regulations, internal audits, and corrective actions.
  • Manage workforce planning, development, and engagement for operational teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Support executive leadership with operational analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the organisation in coordination with regulators, airports, and key partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in airline aviation, including a proven track record in senior operational leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English.
