GOOSE Recruitment is delighted to support an established global aerospace company who is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within the airline and MRO markets. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals - while building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with airline, MRO, and OEM customers across all levels of the organisation.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and prepare actionable reports and insights.
  • Identify new opportunities for existing and emerging products based on market needs.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to drive growth.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and CRM reporting to ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in aviation or technical sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close opportunities.
  • Technically minded with a good understanding of aerospace products and applications.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
