About the role
Our VIP client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and expand our brokerage team. This is a newly created leadership position, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless client service, and driving business growth within the charter and ACMI aircraft leasing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6 brokers (scaling to 8).
- Oversee client relationships and provide direct support for key accounts.
- Define, draft, and implement workflows and approval processes to improve efficiency.
- Drive sales in aircraft private, commercial and cargo charter, ACMI and buying/selling aircraft.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all broker interactions.
- Support business development and growth strategy in the Middle East market.
- Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within aviation, charter, or related industries.
- Strong background in customer service and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational workflows.
- Commercial acumen with experience in sales, negotiation, and business growth.
- Already based in UAE - Work visa can be supported
