GOOSE Recruitment are proudly supporting a leading aviation services organisation in their search for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager – EMEA to join their expanding commercial team.
Our client delivers high‑quality service solutions to airline, VIP, military, and MRO customers across the EMEA region. With continued growth in their specialist service portfolio, they are seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business, strengthen customer relationships, and expand their commercial footprint. This is a remote position, involving a 60/40 customer‑facing ratio and regular travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and qualify new airline and operator customers across the EMEA region
- Conduct strategic customer visits to uncover upcoming project opportunities and service requirements
- Promote the company’s full suite of aviation service offerings across multiple customer segments
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, agreements, and contracts
- Support new and existing customer onboarding, including KYC and documentation requirements
- Follow defined internal sales processes and maintain accurate commercial reporting
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to ensure exceptional client experience
- Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and contract database
- Manage amendments to ongoing customer agreements when required
- Represent the Sales & Commercial team during internal commercial and bid review meetings
- Attend key aviation industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Monitor market trends within the aviation services sector and report on competitive developments
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts aligned with company reporting frameworks
- Proven experience in MRO sales, ideally within a technical services, maintenance, or specialised aviation support environment
- Strong network of senior‑level aviation contacts across airlines, operators, or MROs
- Highly organised, detail‑driven, and capable of managing multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously
- Proven track record in full sales cycle ownership — from prospecting through to contract completion
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
- Confident managing KPIs and reporting on sales performance
- Ability to develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships
