GOOSE Recruitment are currently supporting a global aviation organisation to appoint an ambitious and proactive Sales Executive to join their expanding component trading division.

Our client is a well‑established international aviation company with a strong footprint in component trading, specialising in Airbus and Boeing platforms. They provide repair, overhaul, exchange, and outright solutions, and are now seeking a driven sales professional to help strengthen their US market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets within agreed timelines
  • Proactively generate new business through effective lead sourcing and cold outreach
  • Present, promote, and sell aircraft components and related services to both new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners across the US
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer requirements, and market trends
  • Negotiate with suppliers and customers to maximise profitability
  • Manage quotations in Quantum and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service
  • Attend sales meetings, industry events, and training sessions to remain updated on market developments
  • Develop and refine sales strategies and report on their performance
Key Requirements

  • Candidates must already be based in Miami, Florida
  • Proven B2B aviation component trading experience is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or related fields preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to develop new customer accounts and nurture long‑term relationships
  • Detail‑oriented, punctual, proactive, and comfortable working in a 24/7 industry
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience using Quantum software is highly beneficial
