As the business enters a new growth phase, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, driving new business in the charter sector, and managing day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the charter brokerage function across the Saudi market.
- Build, train, and mentor a growing sales team (starting with 3–4 team members).
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the charter client base.
- Ensure all charter transactions are transparent, compliant, and meet high ethical standards.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery at all times.
- Oversee daily operations of the office and coordinate with leadership on strategic goals.
- Drive revenue performance through personal and team sales targets.
- Stay updated with aviation market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Represent the company professionally within the Saudi aviation and HNWI ecosystem.
- Fluent Arabic speaker (essential).
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in aviation, specifically in Charter brokerage.
- Strong understanding of charter operations, pricing, and client expectations.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Well-connected in the Saudi private aviation sector.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
- High level of integrity—no tolerance for unethical or "dodgy" charter dealings.
