You will act as support for company visitors and customers and will always maintain a high level of customer service and support to the company CEO and Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors / guests.
 - Manging and diverting calls as appropriate.
 - Taking incoming calls and diverting to relevant staff.
 - Organizing meetings / rooms.
 - Organizing staff training.
 - Supporting all customers / visitors whilst on site.
 - Supporting management team on general admin.
 - Organising travel / accommodation for team.
 - Providing HR admin support to CEO and their management team.
 - Organizing and booking customer hotels /daily transport / flights.
 - Controlling and ordering office supplies as required.
