Job Description

You will act as support for company visitors and customers and will always maintain a high level of customer service and support to the company CEO and Management team.

  • Greeting visitors / guests.
  • Manging and diverting calls as appropriate.
  • Taking incoming calls and diverting to relevant staff.
  • Organizing meetings / rooms.
  • Organizing staff training.
  • Supporting all customers / visitors whilst on site.
  • Supporting management team on general admin.
  • Organising travel / accommodation for team.
  • Providing HR admin support to CEO and their management team.
  • Organizing and booking customer hotels /daily transport / flights.
  • Controlling and ordering office supplies as required.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Working Days: Monday - Friday.
