What you will do:
- Take and manage booking enquiries and requests from business customers and forwarding agents
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle a high volume of calls and emails
- Manage reservation requests from start to finish
- Build customer relationships
- Handle and escalate any complaints
- Keep records and update customer accounts
- You will have experience in a similar role, ideally for an airline, freight forwarder or cargo business
- You will ideally have knowledge of an airline booking system such as priority, IBS, SkyChain or Cargospot
- You will be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- You will have outstanding communication skills, be detail orientated and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Competitive base salary up to $53,000
