Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Commercial Manager with the daily management of the charter team
- Assist in the review of work processes, efficiency and service levels
- Client relationship management
- Managing all aspects of charter flights
- Generating revenue for the company
- Working as part of a team to reach individual & team targets
- Liaising with other departments e.g. Operations, Accounting, Aircraft Management, Crewing
- Provide market knowledge to the business and advise on aircraft pricing in the market
- Create proposals for aircraft owners and sell our charter services
- Monitor performance and report figures to management
- Represent the company externally at industry functions
- Providing ‘out-of-hours’ support from home during evenings and weekends – working on a rotation basis as part of the team
- Assist with training new starters
- Help review client performance and mentor client development
- Good experience of business aviation and private charter
- Flair for business development
- Strong commercial awareness and high level communication skills
- Target driven with good team management skills
- Degree level education
- Second language
