At GOOSE Recruitment — the fastest-growing aviation recruitment business in the world — we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take the lead on one of our specialist desks. You’ll focus on mid-to-senior level permanent hiring across technical or commercial aviation, partnering with international clients in one of the most dynamic global industries.

This is a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still being fully supported by our team, leadership, and trusted brand. You’ll step into a warm desk with strong client relationships and high growth potential — a platform to build a profitable desk and become the industry’s go-to recruitment partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver contingent, exclusive, and retained recruitment assignments in the aviation sector

  • Recruit mid-to-senior level professionals across technical or commercial disciplines

  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with clients worldwide

  • Own the full 360 cycle: briefings, search, candidate engagement, interviews, offer management

  • Position yourself as a trusted aviation recruitment expert, not just another recruiter

What We’re Looking For

  • Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience (any industry considered)

  • A proven track record of placing professional, permanent candidates

  • Confidence handling exclusive, senior, or retained assignments

  • Strong commercial awareness with a consultative, client-first mindset

  • Drive and ambition to grow a profitable, specialist desk remotely
