The Head of Aircraft Management Sales is tasked with leading our sales initiatives for managed aircraft opportunities while overseeing and refining our existing customer relationship operations, including supervising the Customer Success function. This pivotal role demands an individual with a comprehensive understanding of the VIP/business aviation industry, exemplary sales acumen, and a proven track record in customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new aircraft management contracts, with a focus on maximizing revenue and broadening our market share.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to drive the aircraft management sales initiatives across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continual improvement within the aircraft management business.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with aircraft owners, managers, brokers, private wealth management offices, financial institutions, and other industry stakeholders to identify fresh business prospects and enhance our industry presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure effective management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the customer success function, implementing best practices and processes to enhance customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Offer expert advice and consultancy to clients on aircraft management solutions, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the aviation sector and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling sales materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, enhancing the company's profile and fostering new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development strategies to senior management.
  • Ensure that offers and contracts are meticulously designed to attract customers, safeguard the company's interests, and ensure a suitable financial return.
  • Oversee the implementation of each contract, from signing to aircraft entry into service and beyond, ensuring clear understanding and agreement between all parties involved.
