About the Role
We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a growing European airline for a Head of Cabin Crew. This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing a large cabin crew team, with a strong emphasis on team development, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
The role is structured around a Monday to Friday schedule, with low-frequency flying duties (approximately 20%), offering a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with occasional in-flight presence.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years as Senior Cabin Crew, or
- 2–3 years as Head of Cabin Crew or Deputy Head
- Must hold a valid EU passport
- Must possess a European Cabin Crew Attestation
- Solid foundation in commercial airline operations
- Experience in private aviation is advantageous but not essential
- A natural leader who is firm but fair, approachable, and respected by peers
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large cabin crew teams
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Passionate about people development and maintaining high service standards
