Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy for new and existing courses.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with affiliates and partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, providing metrics and insights.
- Set and monitor sales KPIs, ensuring targets are met.
- Represent the academy at key events and maintain brand guidelines.
- Lead a global team, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for sales automation.
- Conduct industry insight and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop sales strategy.
- Travel as required for events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales.
- Preferably knowledge of flight training and FAA regulations.
- Proven experience leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire teams.
- Strong strategic, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
