GOOSE are working in a partnership with an aviation company who are looking for a HR and Office Manager to join their team. This position has been arisen due to maternity leave although it is a permanent opportunity. 

If you are an experienced office manager with a background in HR this is fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned, growing company who truly value their team.

What you will do:
  • Recruit and onboard new members of staff
  • Be responsible for the safety and welfare of all employees
  • Monitor staff training and attendance
  • Orgainising staff training
  • PA to CEO (temporary duties for 6-12 months)
  • Manage and agree contracts for services e.g. cleaning, parking etc.
  • Oversee building projects
  • Order stationary and equipment
  • Implement procedures and administrative systems
  • Organise company events
About you:
  • You will have experience in a similar role and a HR related qualification would be an advantage
  • You will be highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as being IT literate
What we can offer you:
  • A salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience
