Key Responsibilities
- Support the Captain across all stages of flight operations in a 100% private-use environment
- Conduct safe, compliant flights under ICAO regulations
- Deliver exceptional service and discretion when operating for UHNW principals
- Prepare documentation, manage international routing, and coordinate with ground teams
- Maintain proficiency through training, checks, and recurrent sessions
- Remain adaptable and ready for global dispatch with short notice
- ICAO ATPL or CPL with ATPL credits
- Valid GL7500 Type Rating (essential)
- Recent experience on type (ideally within 12-24 months)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Strong experience in long‑range international ops
- Total time preference: 2,000+ hours
- Time on type preference: 250-500+ hours
- Excellent CRM and communication skills
- Ability to commit to 1 month on / 1 month off rotation
- Immediate availability or very short notice strongly preferred
- Pure private flying—no charter, no rotational last‑minute schedule pressure from third‑party clients
- Stable 30/30 rotation
- Roaming base—no relocation required
