About the Role:
Our client provides essential inter-island passenger and freight services, along with aerial surveillance of the fishery conservation zone around the islands. As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and manage an established maintenance team responsible for the upkeep and airworthiness of a fleet of Britten Norman Islander aircraft. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be trained in Continued Airworthiness and pathways to becoming the post holder for both Maitenance and CAMO; enhancing your skills and career prospects.
Your Profile:
- Qualifications: UK/EASA/CASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence.
- Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Specialisation: B1.2 engineering license with experience on piston aircraft. Type Rated on BN2B Islander aircraft and Lycoming 0-540 Engines is a plus (not essential).
- Leadership: Ready to step up as a nominated post holder.
- Contract: 4-year fixed term, with potential for extension by mutual agreement.
- Bonus: 25% gratuity paid upon successful completion of the contract.
- Leave: 30 days’ annual leave, plus government and public holidays (totaling 41 days).
