This role is ideal for a senior charter broker with a strong understanding of the UAE market and a proven track record of business growth, as well as experience leading a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Dubai office, building a local team over time
- Continue broking activity, driving new client acquisition and retention
- Execute and contribute to regional business strategy
- Collaborate with the Director of Private Jets (UK-based)
- Represent the business locally and identify growth opportunities in the region
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a charter broker, with at least 2 years in a senior role within the UAE
- Strong commercial mindset and long-term strategic vision
- Confident, proactive, and well-connected within the Middle East aviation landscape
- Nationality open – UAE market experience essential
- Base salary: Attractive Salary - Dependent on experience
