As a Charter Broker, you will be instrumental in building new client relationships, managing end-to-end charter flight bookings, and helping to grow the company’s presence in the market. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a personal book of clients through prospecting, cold calling, and business development
- Respond to charter enquiries and provide tailored solutions to clients
- Manage the full charter process from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain and update CRM with client activity, leads, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with operators, partners, and clients
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment
- Represent the business professionally and with integrity
- Remote working initially, with plans to secure office space
