Charter Broker – UK (Remote)

We are working with a growing private jet brokerage who are looking to expand their UK-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced brokers and ambitious junior professionals to play a key role in shaping the future of a business with strong backing and long-term vision.

As a Charter Broker, you will be instrumental in building new client relationships, managing end-to-end charter flight bookings, and helping to grow the company’s presence in the market. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a personal book of clients through prospecting, cold calling, and business development
  • Respond to charter enquiries and provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Manage the full charter process from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Maintain and update CRM with client activity, leads, and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with operators, partners, and clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment
  • Represent the business professionally and with integrity

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in charter brokerage (private aviation preferred)
  • Proven ability to win and retain clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
