What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow customer accounts (airlines, MROs, lessors, traders)
- Broker and sell aircraft parts – exchanges, outright sales & repair management
- Negotiate deals, structure contracts, and deliver tailored solutions
- Identify market opportunities and build long-term relationships
- Represent the business at meetings, events, and industry shows
- 5+ years’ experience in aviation parts sales/account management
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket supply chains & USM material
- Skilled negotiator with a commercial, “hunter” mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Remote flexibility (travel required when needed)
