About the Role
An ultra-high net worth individual is seeking a Senior Cabin Crew Member to join a private aviation team operating a private fleet of aircrafts conducting worldwide business travels. The role involves private operations. You will be the most senior in a 3-crew setup, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cabin service across both aircraft types
- Liaise with the client's private butler for catering and onboard experience
- Ensure seamless and personalized service delivery
- Represent the client's brand and values with professionalism and warmth
- Experience: 3-5 years as Senior Cabin Crew or Purser in private or premium commercial aviation
- Location: Must be based in Europe or already in Dubai
- Language: Arabic-speaking preferred
- Monthly Salary: $5,500 - $7,000
- Per Diem: $120/day when away from base
- Initial Teams interview
- Final in-person assessment with heads of department
