We are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take charge of a defined range of airlines across the EMEAA region. This senior role operates at the intersection of customer collaboration and internal operations, ensuring the effective and seamless performance of services.

As a Service Delivery Manager, your primary responsibilities include maintaining regular and proactive contact with the customer base to address any service issues promptly. Working closely with local operations teams, you will be instrumental in resolving service delivery concerns and providing effective solutions. Your role also involves identifying underlying issues, developing robust corrective actions for performance improvement, and managing, assessing, and implementing measurable processes against customer SLAs.

This is a dynamic role that requires up to approximately 25% travel to European operation sites, demonstrating the importance of on-the-ground engagement in ensuring service excellence. You will act as the escalation point for local customer support teams and produce monthly and quarterly reviews for valued customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience within the airline industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to make decisions with demonstrable leadership capabilities. Your adaptability to changing circumstances, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders are key attributes we are looking for.
