In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and modification of helicopter structures and components in a base maintenance, line maintenance, and workshop environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a skilled team, supporting a wide variety of rotary aircraft in a dynamic operational setting.

Shift Pattern: 4-on / 4-off, 6-on / 4-off, 4-on / 6-off (rotating)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing structural repairs and modifications on helicopter airframes and components.
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings, structural repair manuals, and engineering documents.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety across all maintenance activities.
- Working both independently and collaboratively with the wider maintenance team across different environments.
- Formal qualification in aviation sheet metal work (e.g. City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Proven experience in sheet metal repair, preferably on rotary aircraft. Fixed-wing experience also considered.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and ability to work to precise tolerances.
- Comfortable with IT systems and adaptable to learning new software and tools.
- Flexible approach to working a rotating shift pattern.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High regard for safety and quality in all aspects of work.
- Candidates must currently have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Previous helicopter experience is highly desirable and will be given preference.
