GOOSE are working with a respected maintenance organisation looking for a Technical Operations Manager to support their internal strategic developments and operational growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a leading role in driving change, introducing new strategies, plans, and projects to help shape the company’s ongoing success.

The Role

As Technical Operations Manager, you’ll play a key strategic role supporting the Head of Maintenance across multi-site operations. This position focuses on regulatory compliance, maintenance oversight, and process improvement, working closely with station managers to implement new strategies and enhance operational performance.

This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys driving progress and supporting change.
  • Monday–Friday, day-shift hours
  • Travel required across company stations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, ideally within leadership.
  • Technical education in aircraft maintenance
  • CAA and EASA Part-66 license (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulations, safety standards
