The Role
As Technical Operations Manager, you’ll play a key strategic role supporting the Head of Maintenance across multi-site operations. This position focuses on regulatory compliance, maintenance oversight, and process improvement, working closely with station managers to implement new strategies and enhance operational performance.
This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys driving progress and supporting change.
- Monday–Friday, day-shift hours
- Travel required across company stations
- Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, ideally within leadership.
- Technical education in aircraft maintenance
- CAA and EASA Part-66 license (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulations, safety standards
- You’ll be a personable, proactive, and innovative professional with a genuine passion for supporting people and improving processes.
