Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Challenger 650 in compliance with UK CAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion for all flights.
- Collaborate effectively with a three-crew composition to deliver seamless operations.
- Maintain operational readiness for both private and charter missions, with a focus on private flights.
- Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards for UHNW clients.
- UK CAA ATPL with valid type rating on Challenger 650.
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours, including substantial experience on type.
- Strong knowledge of EASA/CAA regulations and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to operate in a high-discretion, VIP environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a 20/10 roster and occasional schedule changes.
