Unlicensed Helicopter Mechanic
H225 / H215 – Airbus Helicopters
Location: Southern Germany
Contract Type: Permanent – Full-time (Mon–Fri) or Rotational (3 weeks on / 3 weeks off)
Start Date: As soon as possible

At GOOSE, we are working with a reputable European helicopter operator to identify and place skilled Unlicensed Mechanics with experience on H225 and H215 Airbus platforms. This is a hands-on role within a high-performing maintenance team, offering long-term stability and excellent working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance on H225 and/or H215 helicopters
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections, and replace components as required
  • Adhere to EASA regulations and internal maintenance standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all work carried out
  • Support logistics and planning teams to streamline maintenance operations
  • Take part in safety reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement
Working Patterns
  • Full-Time (Monday–Friday): 40 hours/week
  • Rotational: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (Monday–Sunday, 9–10-hour days with 1 rest day between rotations)
Candidate Profile
  • Hands-on experience maintaining H225 and/or H215 helicopters (essential)
  • Valid Human Factors initial and recurrent training
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
  • Must have the right to work in the EU or hold a valid German work visa
  • No EASA license required – this is an unlicensed role
