The role
As the Vice President of Engineering Services you will be working closely with teams throughout the business to a number of customer groups to ensure the needs of the business and customers are met.
You will work closely with the SVP of Engineering Services, delivering the highest standard of expertise. Your daily responsibilities will include delivery products and services ensuring they meet the needs of the company & customers, conducting market research to stay up to date with market trends, promoting collaboration, organisational growth, develop and implement management strategies, communication plans and training programs, and continue to develop a positive work environment while leading and developing teams by setting clear goals and regular feedback.
About you
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an Engineering CAMO environment with a very strong understanding of EASA/FAA and IATA/ATA industry needs. A minimum of 5 years CAMO experience is required as well as previous experience within an airline, maintenance or leasing organisation.
