Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and discreet VIP Cabin Crew Member to join a private aviation team serving an ultra-high-net-worth client. The role is based in Dubai and involves travelling to international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional onboard service tailored to VIP standards.
- Ensure cabin readiness, safety, and comfort throughout each flight.
- Coordinate with flight deck and ground teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with pre-flight preparations, catering, and guest preferences.
- 3-5 years of experience as Senior Cabin Crew or Purser in private aviation.
- Previous experience on similar VIP-configured aircraft preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic-speaking.
- Must be based in Dubai or Europe with flexibility to relocate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a 3-crew rotation and adapt to dynamic schedules.
- Monthly Salary: $5,500 - $6,500 USD
- Per Diem: $100 USD per travel day
