We are seeking a dynamic senior leader to shape the commercial landscape of one of the world’s most ambitious airport projects. This role will drive the development and execution of strategic non-aeronautical partnerships across retail, F&B, and services, creating innovative offerings that elevate passenger experience and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the commercial partnerships strategy, aligned with the airport’s growth vision.
  • Build and manage relationships with global retail, hospitality, and service brands.
  • Negotiate agreements that deliver strong revenue growth and long-term value.
  • Oversee partnership performance, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive marketing and passenger engagement initiatives to promote commercial offerings.
  • Provide executive-level oversight of the full partnership lifecycle, from identification to renewal or exit.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial development within airports, travel retail, or large-scale hospitality/mall environments.
  • Strong leadership presence with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and boards.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to deliver concepts that go beyond traditional luxury retail.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, including understanding airline-airport dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.
