Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the commercial partnerships strategy, aligned with the airport’s growth vision.
- Build and manage relationships with global retail, hospitality, and service brands.
- Negotiate agreements that deliver strong revenue growth and long-term value.
- Oversee partnership performance, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Drive marketing and passenger engagement initiatives to promote commercial offerings.
- Provide executive-level oversight of the full partnership lifecycle, from identification to renewal or exit.
- Proven experience in commercial development within airports, travel retail, or large-scale hospitality/mall environments.
- Strong leadership presence with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and boards.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to deliver concepts that go beyond traditional luxury retail.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, including understanding airline-airport dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.
