Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate commercial terms with airlines, OEMs, and MROs to maximise portfolio performance
- Act as the primary commercial interface for placement of owned and serviced spare engines
- Coordinate closely with internal leasing, technical, and delivery teams for seamless asset transitions
- Contribute to engine investment strategy through supply and demand market analysis
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers and OEM partners
