GOOSE Recruitment is excited to announce that we are recruiting SEP IRI Pilots and SEP Flight Instructors on behalf of Airways Aviation. As a highly recognised and established academy in the aviation industry, we are proud to be recruiting these roles as we expand our partnerships with several pilot and aviation training academies.

Who are Airways Aviation?

With over 30 years of aviation experience, Aviation Airways are expert in providing world-class Pilot training. They provide advanced flight and theory training that prepares students not only to learn to fly for international airlines but also prepare them for a lifelong career in the sky.

The academy is recognised worldwide and operates in global locations across Montenegro, Spain and Australia with its global headquarters situated in Montpellier, France.

To ensure they can provide the best training to their students, the academy is not only CASA (Civil Aviation Authority) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) accredited but also hold numerous other industry certifications, accreditations and approvals including Government Civil Aviation Safety and Authority approvals for Australia and Kuwait, ICAO, EASA, CAAC, DGAC, IATA, PFE and CRICOS.

Globally connected

Airways Aviation has an extensive global network of Pilots and industry experts. They also have strong relationships and partnerships with several airlines including Emirates, Air Australia, China United Airlines, Vietnam Airlines and Air Corsica, to name a few.

An academy with a difference

Airways Aviation operates across seven locations, with designated training areas that span over 350,000 +m2 and a building area of 30,000 +m2, truly making it an academy that can cater for many aspiring pilots.

The academy has trained over 8,000 students to become commercial Pilot Graduates, many of whom have gone on to fly for globally recognised international airlines. With a student-first approach, students at the academy are trained by the very best Flight Instructors who have years of experience, high-class skills, knowledge and a passion for flying.

Fleet

The academy operates a fleet of 50 + aircraft that have been designed to provide students with the best training possible. They have the largest diamond aircraft fleet in the whole of Europe and have plans to increase their fleet by adding 22 new aircraft this year.

To ensure their students graduate with the best skills possible, the Airways Aviation fleet flies over 45,000 air hours per year and has stated they are aiming to increase this by 12-15% in 2020 to accommodate for more students and their training needs.
